A membership program including regular, self-paced MindSkills classes, a weekly live, private, online focus day where likeminded fiction writers will meet to reset, focus and write.
You'll learn the exact psychological strategies that individual therapy and coaching clients learn. We'll start the focus days with a check in and reset, then you'll have the option to meet for brief accountabilty sessions throughout the day.
